What to bring
Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own tent, table, display materials, and anything else needed for their setup. When you arrive, our team will be around to help get you pointed in the right direction.
Setup
Vendor setup begins at 11:00am on Sundays. Please give yourself enough time to unload, get settled, and be ready to welcome guests when the market opens at noon.
What we're looking for
Our goal is to keep this feeling like a true farmers market, with a thoughtful mix of local vendors and products. We'll be especially focused on fresh produce, flowers, eggs, milk and dairy, honey, baked goods, locally made food products, plants, and other farm-grown or farm-made goods.
To keep the market interesting for guests, and worthwhile for our vendors, we limit the number of vendors within the same category each week. Please confirm availability when registering.
Your market spot
We'll send out a market map the week of your scheduled date showing your assigned vendor space. Our team will also be on-site Sunday morning to help you find your spot and get settled.
A few market-day notes
Please unload your vehicle when you arrive and then move it out of the Harvest House parking lot before the market begins. We want to keep as much parking available as possible for guests coming to shop and spend their Sunday with us.
