The Bruery comes to Denton + Sol Kitchen #413

The Bruery is finally coming to Texas this week from Orange County/Placentia, California!!
We've been waiting a long time for this brillant brewery. Nothing run of the mill from The Bruery. Only 8 years into brewing commercially, their reputation precedes themselves to most beer fanatics that have never had a taste.
We'll be tapping beers and pouring bottles at 7pm.

The Beer List
Kegs of...
Jardinier- French for “gardener,” was inspired by the fresh, sessionable beers so often found on the Belgian dinner table. Bright and flavorful with an assertive hop character,

Mischief- a hoppy Belgian-style golden strong ale. This wickedly good golden ale is fiendishly dry-hopped with American hops to add a layer of complexity and mystery to its fruity, dry Belgian-style character. Citrus and resin diabolically combine with ripe melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture.

White Oak- a hardy, blended wheatwine-style ale, grafting elements reminiscent of caramel, vanilla, coconut and warm oak with the creamy complexity of wheat. Crisp effervescence spirals around sweet bourbon barrel-aged layers, expanding into a refreshingly robust ale.

Terreux Gypsy Tart-a Flanders-style brown ale with a California touch. A beer that can trace it’s origins to Great Britain, but more famously perfected in western Belgium, has been updated through our own modern techniques, delivering the sweet body and mildly tart finish that has won over numerous generations of beer drinkers in Europe.

Bottles of...
So Happens Its Tuesday- Barrel aged imperial stout with dark fruit notes of figs, dates and dark sugars of caramel, vanillla and chocolate....lastly oak.

Two esteemed representatives from The Bruery will be on hand from 7-10 pm.

Sol Kitchen will be bringing the Funk at 8pm! Dont Miss it!
