Bravo, Max is a band from Dallas, Texas. With members each hailing from vastly different musical backgrounds, they combine an intricate and sometimes orchestral musical approach with cutting, conversational lyrics steeped in deep imagery and understated rhyme. To date, they have released one LP produced by grammy winner Oz Fritz (Tom Waits, Mule Variations, Iggy Pop, William Burroughs). Locally, the album was well received and although they did some sporadic touring to promote the record they played most of their dates in and around the Dallas-Fort Worth area from 2008 to 2011. In 2012 the band released three follow up singles and have since played live shows all over the Southwest U.S. opening for a wide variety of national and regional acts including: The Warlocks, The Features, Parker Millsap, Rasputina, Girl in A Coma, The Orbans, Oil Boom, Telegraph Canyon, Possessed By Paul James, RTB2, Sarah Jaffe, Leopold & His Fiction, Eric Harvey (of Spoon), Gardens & Villa, Sons Of Fathers, Bob Schneider, Adam Faucett, and many more.
